Terms and Conditions

It is important to us you are happy with your purchase and clearly understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, shipping and returns. Should you have any other queries, please call or email us to discuss.

We intend to ship all placed orders within 1-4 business days. We hold small quantities of stock and occasionally items are made to order. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to discuss the projected delivery date.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit cards, Pay Pal, Afterpay or bank transfers.

Shipping

One Two Tree endeavours to process all orders within 1-4 working days. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery within Australia and 10-14 working days for international deliveries.

Within Australia, we use a courier service via Interparcel and Shippit. We also use Australia Post. For your peace of mind, we can track all deliveries at each step of their journey.

Internationally, we use TNT, DHL and UPS express couriers and delivery is usually within 2-4days. Please be aware International Customs is out of our hands. One Two Tree can not be held accountable if Customs opens, inspects, interferes or damages your delivery or packaging.

If you live within regional areas of Australia or Internationally we reserve the right to adjust the postage price accordingly to your order.

If your address is noted as a PO Box address, there is a $12-$20 Surcharge as charged by Star Track (the only courier service that delivers to Po Box addresses).

Returns

If the product does not meet your expectations, please return it, unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note we do not refund custom or made to order orders, this includes all of our Message Board range. Postage and handling are non-refundable, however, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

In the unforeseen event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition, we will arrange a replacement.

How to return an item

We hope you won’t have to return your One Two Tree product, but in the event you do, please email us at info@onetwotree.com.au to explain the situation. If you qualify for a refund, we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

Missing parts

We have tight quality control measures in place, but in the unlikely event you discover a part is missing, we will dispatch a replacement part immediately. Please review your assembly instructions to locate the name of the missing part and email info@onetwotree.com.au the name to us.

Change or cancellation of orders

Orders are processed and made to order immediately to ensure prompt delivery, so we regret that cancelling or changing your order is only possible if we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your original order.

Cancellation or change of mind will not be accepted once your order is dispatched.

Privacy Policy

One Two Tree will respect your privacy at all times.

All customer details collected by this site will be kept in the strictest confidence and will never be sold to or used by a third party.

You may receive information relating to the services and products we offer. If you wish to be removed from our records, please email us.
